Arbor Leads is operated by We Do Leaflets (trading as Arbor Leads).

We provide a monthly lead generation service for tree surgeons and similar trades.

We generate enquiries from homeowners and send them directly to the customer.

2. No Guarantee of Results

We aim to generate quality leads, but we do not guarantee:

• A specific number of leads

• That leads will convert into jobs

• Revenue or business outcomes

3. Lead Delivery

Leads may be delivered via:

• Phone

• Email

• CRM or messaging systems

Each lead is sent directly to the customer and is not intentionally shared with multiple contractors.

4. Payments

• Service is billed monthly

• Pricing starts from £250 per month

• Payment must be made in advance

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of service.

5. Cancellation

• No long-term contract

• You may cancel at any time

• Cancellation applies to the next billing cycle

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Respond to leads promptly

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information

• Act professionally when dealing with enquiries

7. Limitation of Liability

We Do Leaflets (trading as Arbor Leads) is not liable for:

• Loss of business

• Missed opportunities

• Outcomes resulting from leads provided

8. Changes to Service

We may update or improve the service at any time to enhance performance and results.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
